Verse of the Week: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.”— Proverbs 3:5 (NKJV)
Verse of the Week: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.”— Proverbs 3:5 (NKJV)

Life gets confusing. Situations don’t add up. Doors close without warning, and sometimes it feels like God is silent. When we don’t understand what He’s doing, our human tendency is to panic, overthink, and lean on our own logic.

But Scripture invites us to do the opposite.

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart…”This means trusting God even when the path bends unexpectedly. Trusting Him when you don’t understand the why or the how. Trusting that His wisdom is higher, His vision clearer, and His timing perfect.
“…and lean not on your own understanding.”Your understanding is limited. His isn’t.Your vision is narrow. His sees the whole picture.

God is working in ways you cannot see, shaping outcomes you cannot imagine. Your job is not to understand — your job is to trust.

Prayer: Lord, help me trust You when things don’t make sense. Teach me to lean on Your wisdom, not my own. I surrender my confusion into Your hands. Amen.
